1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Dylash LLC, we believe your spiritual journey, personal prayers, reflections, and emotional or trauma grounding battles are deeply sacred and private. We built Rebuke It for Apple iOS, Google Android, and compatible smartwatches with a strict local-first privacy architecture: we do not require a user account, we do not track your thoughts, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not monitor your devotional reflections.

2. What Information Is Stored 100% on Your Device

All personal data generated within Rebuke It remains exclusively on your physical iOS or Android device:

• Personal Journals: All notes, thoughts, and reflections you write in the Spiritual Warfare Journal are saved locally using device storage.
• Personal Audio Recordings & Custom Rebukes: Any custom written responses, prayers, or scripture declarations you record with your microphone are stored strictly in your device's local file sandbox and can be edited or deleted at any time.
• 1-Tap Prayer Partner Contact: If you select a trusted Prayer Partner for the 1-Tap Prayer Flare feature, only that contact's name and phone number are stored locally on your device.
• Favorites, Stats & Preferences: Your starred verses, 3 Rebuke button slot assignments, voice preferences, and 90-Day Renewal Challenge progress are stored directly on your phone.

3. 100% Offline Audio & Microphone Permission

Rebuke It functions 100% offline for all built-in scripture responses across all 16 categories (including Trauma & Flashbacks, Anxiety & Worry, Fear, Shame, and Temptation), Urgent Support anchors, 4 studio-mastered voices, and personal microphone recordings. We do not use cloud AI voice synthesis for your personal responses, and your personal voice recordings and journal entries are never transmitted over the internet.

4. Contacts Permission (1-Tap Prayer Flare)

If you use the optional 1-Tap Prayer Flare feature and tap "Choose from Contacts", Rebuke It requests read-only Contacts permission on iOS or Android so you can search and select a trusted Prayer Partner. Contact searching takes place 100% in memory on your device. Your address book is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to Dylash LLC or any third party, and you may also type a phone number manually without granting Contacts permission. When you send a Prayer Flare, the app opens your device's native SMS messaging app for you to review and send via your mobile carrier.

5. Smartwatch Companions, Bluetooth, Widgets & Voice Assistants

If you use the optional Smartwatch Companion app, Rebuke It syncs your assigned Rebukes 1, 2, and 3 metadata and offline audio files directly between your phone and your paired smartwatch using native device-to-watch connectivity. This device-to-watch sync takes place 100% locally between your personal devices so you can play spoken scripture directly out of your watch speaker or trigger playback on your phone and earbuds. Rebuke It never accesses, reads, or collects any health, heart-rate, fitness, biometric, or location sensor data from your smartwatch.

Rebuke It requests Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) permissions on iOS and Android solely to discover, pair with, and receive physical button press events (1 Press, 2 Presses, Hold) from compatible Bluetooth accessories (such as the Flic 2 smart button). You can temporarily pause button pairing at any time, and we never track your geographical location via Bluetooth.

You may optionally use iOS or Android Lock Screen widgets/shortcuts, Watch Face complications, or voice assistants (Siri on iOS, or Google Assistant and Gemini on Android) to launch Rebuke It hands-free. Voice assistant requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective platform privacy policies.

6. App Store & Google Play Subscriptions & 7-Day Free Trials

7-day free trials and auto-renewable Monthly and Annual subscriptions are processed and verified directly by Apple (App Store / StoreKit) on iOS and Google (Google Play Billing) on Android. Dylash LLC does not collect or store your credit card or payment account details.
