Terms of Service — Rebuke It

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dylash LLC ("Dylash LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Rebuke It mobile application on Apple iOS and Google Android devices, optional companion smartwatch applications, software, websites (including www.rebukeitapp.com), audio content, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Service, and uninstall the application from your devices.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Dylash LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the Rebuke It Service. This includes, without limitation:

All source code, object code, software architecture, scripts, build routines, and backend server infrastructure.
All visual designs, user interfaces (UI), user experience (UX) flows, color palettes, layouts, artwork, graphics, icons, and illustrations.
All audio compilations, voice curation, pre-packaged spoken-word studio voice recordings across all 16 scripture categories and Urgent Support anchors, audio mastering, sound designs, and scripture arrangements.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, and brand assets (including "Rebuke It", "Dylash", and associated marks).
All written cues, structured reflection guides, and textual compilations within the application.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Dylash LLC.

3. User Content, 100% Offline Audio & Local Storage Guarantee

You retain all intellectual property rights in and to any original personal journal entries, custom written triggers, custom text responses, and personal microphone audio recordings that you create within the application ("User Content"). You may edit or delete your personal rebukes and voice recordings at any time.

Local Storage & Offline Audio Guarantee: All personal thoughts, Spiritual Warfare Journal notes, favorites, settings, selected Prayer Partner contact details, and personal microphone audio recordings are stored 100% locally on your iOS or Android device. Dylash LLC does not claim ownership of your personal reflections or voice recordings, and your personal written responses are never uploaded to external cloud AI voice synthesis services. All built-in spoken scripture responses across all 16 categories are bundled directly with the application for 100% offline playback.

4. Spiritual Encouragement & Grounding Disclaimer

Not Healthcare, Trauma Therapy, or Crisis Care:

Rebuke It—including all 16 scripture categories (such as Trauma & Flashbacks, Anxiety & Worry, Fear, Shame, and Temptation) and Urgent Support tools (including 60-Second Emergency Grounding and 1-Tap Prayer Flare)—is a Christian spiritual encouragement and biblical grounding application. It is not designed, intended, or certified to provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, trauma therapy, therapeutic, or crisis intervention services.

The 1-Tap Prayer Flare feature opens your device's native SMS messaging app to text a personal Prayer Partner of your choice and is not an emergency dispatch system. If you are experiencing severe trauma symptoms, suicidal thoughts, mental health distress, severe emotional crisis, or potential harm to yourself or others, immediately call or text 988 (in the U.S. and Canada) to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

5. Subscriptions, 7-Day Free Trial, Billing & Third-Party Hardware / Smartwatch Independence

7-Day Free Trial & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Rebuke It offers auto-renewable subscription plans with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, including the Rebuke It Monthly Plan ($12.99/month after 7-day free trial) and the Rebuke It Annual Plan ($49.99/year after 7-day free trial). During the 7-day free trial, you receive full access to all features of the Rebuke It application at no charge ($0.00). Unless you cancel or turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of your 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically converts into a paid auto-renewing subscription for your selected plan (1 month or 1 year) and payment will be charged to your Apple Account (on iOS via Apple App Store / StoreKit) or Google Play account (on Android via Google Play Billing). Thereafter, subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under store rules. You may manage or cancel your trial or subscription at any time in your Apple App Store Account Settings or Google Play Subscriptions after starting your trial or purchase.

Independent Subscription: The Rebuke It software application, its 16 scripture categories, its digital features, and its subscription plans are completely independent of any physical hardware devices or smartwatches, including the Flic® 2 smart button manufactured by Shortcut Labs AB and third-party smartwatches.

Dylash LLC is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shortcut Labs AB, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any third-party smartwatch manufacturer. Flic® is a registered trademark of Shortcut Labs AB. Dylash LLC does not manufacture hardware or smartwatches and does not bundle or warrant physical hardware accessories. Any purchase, delivery, hardware defect, battery replacement, or refund regarding physical smart buttons or smartwatches is governed exclusively by the hardware retailer or manufacturer from which you purchased it. A hardware or smartwatch malfunction, loss, or defect shall not entitle you to a refund of your Rebuke It software subscription.
