Terms of Service — Rebuke It

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dylash LLC ("Dylash LLC", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Rebuke It mobile application, software, websites (including www.rebukeitapp.com), APIs, audio content, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Service, and uninstall the application from your devices.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Dylash LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the Rebuke It Service. This includes, without limitation:

All source code, object code, software architecture, scripts, build routines, and backend server infrastructure.
All visual designs, user interfaces (UI), user experience (UX) flows, color palettes, layouts, artwork, graphics, icons, and illustrations.
All audio compilations, voice curation, pre-packaged spoken-word voice recordings, audio mastering, sound designs, and scripture arrangements.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, and brand assets (including "Rebuke It", "Dylash", and associated marks).
All written cues, structured reflection guides, and textual compilations within the application.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Dylash LLC.

3. User Content & Local Storage Guarantee

You retain all intellectual property rights in and to any original personal journal entries, custom written triggers, custom text responses, and personal microphone audio recordings that you create within the application ("User Content").

Local Storage Guarantee: All personal thoughts, journal notes, favorites, settings, and personal audio recordings are stored locally on your device. Dylash LLC does not claim ownership of your personal reflections or voice recordings.

4. Spiritual Encouragement & Grounding Disclaimer

Not Healthcare or Psychiatric Care:

Rebuke It is a spiritual encouragement and biblical grounding application. It is not designed, intended, or certified to provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or crisis intervention services.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, mental health distress, severe emotional crisis, or potential harm to yourself or others, immediately call or text 988 (in the U.S. and Canada) to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

5. Third-Party Hardware & Software Subscription Independence

Independent Subscription: The Rebuke It software application, its digital features, and its subscription plans are completely independent of any physical hardware devices, including the Flic 2 smart button manufactured by Shortcut Labs AB.

Dylash LLC does not manufacture hardware and does not bundle or warrant physical hardware accessories. Any purchase, delivery, hardware defect, battery replacement, or refund regarding physical smart buttons is governed exclusively by the hardware retailer or manufacturer from which you purchased it. A hardware malfunction, loss, or defect shall not entitle you to a refund of your Rebuke It software subscription.
